I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit,

With that being said:  if you do receive a frame or display that the outside is in perfect condition 

but something inside has come loose (Broken Specimen, Lose Flowers, etc.)

PLEASE contact me and I would be happy to take it back and fix it.
